We specifically harvested some of our Grenache early to make a rosé. With very little color, this wine turned out to be a white rosé in the "vin-gris" style. No maceration at all. We pressed this red grape direct to stainless and aged it 14 months in neutral French red wine barrels. White peach and green honeydew on the nose. Flavors of ripe pineapple and butterscotch. Drink "White Rose" slightly less chilled than other white wines, and enjoy it's nuances as they fill your glass.
